Qn: Do you have offices in other countries?
Ans:  Currently all transactions are carried out via our Singapore office but we have business and marketing activities across various countries such as Thailand, Malaysia, China, Hong Kong, Vietnam and Indonesia. We will update again once we have offices in these regions.
Qn: What does ``MOQ`` stands for and why is it important for my print job?
Ans: “MOQ” is the abbreviation for “Minimum Order Quantity”. This is an important factor which may affect your decision in packaging selection. MOQ is usually set by the manufacturing side, to start a production cycle at the lowest possible quantity or vice versa, to produce a product at the lowest possible cost at a specific quantity. Qn: What is the MOQ required for customized packaging?
Ans: First of all, not all packaging products follow a same MOQ. For instance, if you are intending to customize a plastic bag, the MOQ will usually be much higher if you were to do a paper bag instead. This is due to the nature of the material, the processing method and production wastage quantity.
